Lameness Examination

If your horse has a lameness which is not easily identifiable like a stone bruise, or a tendon injury, then the horse owner needs to be prepared for a systematic lameness work up.
This will be time consuming and may involve some diagnostic tests like nerve blocks, Radiographs or Ultrasound.
Additional to traditional diagnostic examination, a Chiropractic examination can include a range of other possible causes for lameness like reduced range of motion and quality of motion of lumbar or cervical vertebrae, muscle spasm associated with “guarding” restricted joints, or fascial restrictions.
